Harmony in Healing: Our Holistic Wellness Philosophy
At the heart of our practice as acupuncturists lies a profound belief in the efficacy of ancient healing methods. We embrace the transformative potential of acupuncture to address a myriad of health issues, providing our patients with a holistic path to well-being. Within the sanctuary of our wellness center, we've curated a treasury of evidence-based resources, including the soothing warmth of BioMats, the advanced healing capabilities of Erchonia Lasers, and the restorative tranquility of our Infrared Sauna.
Our commitment to community well-being extends beyond acupuncture alone. We've fostered partnerships with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including massage therapists, nutritionists, nurse practitioners, and a talented chef. This collaborative approach allows us to offer a full spectrum of resources under one roof, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive and personalized care.
Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing is a journey, and we are dedicated to guiding our clients toward their wellness goals as swiftly as possible. We are not just a wellness center; we are a holistic haven where ancient wisdom meets modern science, where community thrives, and where your path to well-being begins.

OWNER & PRACTITIONER
Dr. Michele Fiorillo, DAOM
With roots in both Crete, Greece, and Long Island, New York, I was immersed in herbal medicine traditions during my childhood. Having spent significant time in Crete, I learned the value of whole foods, community, and a high-quality life.
My approach to health is holistic and patient-centered, addressing the entirety of an individual's well-being, drawing from both evidence-based care and centuries-old traditions. At Arch Clinic, I offer a range of modalities, including Qigong, cupping, gua sha, Tuina massage, low-level laser therapy, reflexology, and more, to support various health goals such as pain management, pediatric care, stress reduction, and nutritional optimization. Together, we embark on a journey towards vibrant well-being.
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Shannon Tortolano
Shannon graduated from The Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in 2018, a specialized school of massage in Kauai, HI. This unique program integrated education in somatic psychology and trauma informed practices with Lomi Lomi, structural integration and traditional massage therapy.
A lifelong student of health and well being, Shannon began her journey as a student of midwifery; learning about holistic healing modalities including diet, herbs and homeopathic remedies. This education was widened as she journeyed through her own cancer diagnosis and explored both mainstream and alternative medicine on her path to wellness. She then obtained her Reiki II attunement and training in 2000. This is also when she began studying and teaching Sivananda yoga. Although alternative healing modalities were her passion she sought to develop critical thinking skills and a more balanced education through the immersion in and study of mainstream modalities, working in a hospital while pursuing a bachelors in psychology and neuroscience. Following the completion of this program she attended a more formal yoga teacher training, inspired by the eight limbs of yogic philosophy and then deepening her understanding through teaching meditation, breathwork and movement. She completed her 500 hour endorsement in India, January 2024. These paths all shared a common thread of helping people to connect with well being through informed care and compassion.
Her massages are unique, tailored to the individual and strive to nurture each person's connection with their own inner vitality. She seeks to hold a nurturing, healing space for her clients that leads to deep relaxation, relief from pain and ultimately transformation. She is offering traditional, deep tissue, cupping therapy, and pregnancy massage. Shannon has an undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as her 500 RYT endorsement in Yoga.

LICENSED ACUPUNCTURIST
Sian Sheppard, L.Ac,
Siân has spent 10,000 hours (at least) alongside people going through the complex process of healing: first advocating for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, and now as an acupuncturist. She is delighted by acupunctures ability to help people embrace their sensitivity as a source of empowerment rather than viewing it as a vulnerability.
Siân loves East Asian medicine because it is based upon careful observation of nature. Though life is change, the laws of nature remain constant. Natures cycles begin with subtlety and elegance, like acupuncture itself. She finds acupuncture deeply comforting because it is based upon these natural cycles. Acupuncture is a comforting system of care.
Acupuncture can be enliven those who feel dull or numb to life. It can also restore a life-improving sense of connection. Siân has seen acupuncture offer both preventative and curative care. She is consistently amazed at this efficacy of this medicine, and is grateful she gets to devote her life to it.
Along with comfort, elegance, and the natural world Siân also loves avant-garde trends & ideas. This is the blend which drives her life. She instinctually moves towards creative and dynamic approaches to all the puzzles of being human. Acupuncture is a medicine which, like nature, welcomes all. We all have encountered puzzles in our health at one point or another. Acupuncture brings ease to the unwinding/rewinding process.
